About Our Exchange Policy

  1. Products cannot be exchanged due to slight variations in product images caused by photographic lighting sources or differences in screen resolution and settings.
  2. Exchange requests will only be accommodated for defective products or wrong items delivered.
  3. Sale items are non returnable, non exchangeable and non refundable.
  4. Full-priced items purchased, now on sale, will be exchanged at the discounted price.
  5. Refunds are not offered except for prepayment in cases of out of stock items, wrong product delivery or manufacturing defects.
  6. Cash refunds are not available: refunds may be provided in the form of vouchers valid for one month.
  7. No returns/exchange policy exists for international orders.
